Are drone photos and videos included?
Aerial/drone photos are included when conditions allow. Drone video is available in short, extended, or complete options depending on scope. We are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured for aerial operations.
How fast will I get my photos?
Standard turnaround time is 48–72 hours after the shoot. Rush options may be available depending on scheduling and project needs.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel within major New Mexico markets — Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Taos, and the East Mountains — is typically included. A small travel fee may apply for outlying or rural locations.

We photograph homes, condos, luxury estates, Airbnb and vacation rentals, commercial properties, ranches, and vacant land. 360° tours and floor plans are available for most suitable listings.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
New Mexico weather can shift quickly. Shoots can be rescheduled at no additional cost due to unsafe flying conditions, heavy winds, or storms.
