All interior real estate photography packages include professionally edited photography and a 2D floor plan. Depending on the package, services may also include interior and exterior photography, aerial/drone photography, Matterport 3D tours, twilight photography, walkthrough video, cinematic drone video, and community, amenity, or lifestyle coverage.
Do you offer floor plans?
Yes. A 2D floor plan is included with our interior real estate photography packages and provides a clear view of room placement, dimensions, layout, and the overall flow of the property.
Do you offer walkthrough videos?
Yes. Walkthrough videos are available for properties that benefit from a more complete sense of layout, flow, and atmosphere. They are ideal for MLS listings, property websites, Airbnb, VRBO, and social media.
Do you offer cinematic drone video?
Yes. Cinematic drone video is available for properties where aerial movement can help showcase land, views, architecture, access, surrounding landscape, and location.
Can I combine walkthrough video and drone video?
Yes. Walkthrough video and cinematic drone footage can be combined to create a more complete property presentation featuring both interior spaces and the surrounding property or landscape.

Yes. Matterport 3D virtual tours provide an immersive online walkthrough that helps buyers, renters, and guests better understand a property’s layout, flow, and spatial relationships.
Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes. Twilight photography is available for properties that benefit from dramatic blue-hour or golden-hour light, illuminated interiors, outdoor living spaces, and architectural lighting.
Are drone photos included?
Aerial/drone photography is included in most primary real estate media packages where conditions and FAA regulations allow. Dedicated drone shoots are also available for vacant land, ranch properties, exterior-focused listings, and properties that primarily need aerial coverage. All drone operations are FAA Part 107 compliant and fully insured.
Is drone video included?
Cinematic drone video is included in select packages and may also be added to other shoots depending on the property and project needs.
How fast will I receive my photos?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Rush delivery may be available depending on scheduling and project scope. Matterport tours, video, and other specialty media may require additional processing time.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel throughout our primary service area is generally included. For more remote locations or properties outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed before booking.
Can I add services like Matterport, twilight photography, or video later?
Yes. Add-ons such as Matterport 3D tours, twilight photography, walkthrough video, and cinematic drone video can be included at the time of booking or added later, depending on scheduling and property access.
What types of properties do you photograph?
We photograph homes, condos, historic adobe properties, luxury estates, vacation rentals, commercial properties, ranches, developments, and vacant land. Custom media packages are also available for larger properties and architecturally distinctive spaces.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
New Mexico weather can change quickly. Shoots may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe or significantly impact image quality, particularly for exterior, twilight, or aerial photography.

Yes. Estate Visions Photo & Drone is fully insured, and all drone operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 compliance.
